This rental house was everything that was advertised and more! 4 generations of family members and we all had a GREAT time! The Bryant Real Estate staff was very helpful and professional. They were also very easy to deal with. Their office is easy to locate. Best vacation ever.
Bryant Real Estate was truly a pleasure to deal with. Our trip was spur of the moment and the people were courteous, helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and concerns. The condo was very comfortable and in a great location. It needed some updating but it was clean and comfortable.
First time renting through Bryant Real Estate. We actually found the unit we were interested in through another site, but after visiting the Bryant Real Estate site, we chose to rent through them. The reservation process was very easy, plenty of communication and reminders up to the date we checked-in, the app and website were easy to use and had tons of information on it for our stay. Check-in and check-out process was very fast and simple and the staff was friendly and helpful.
My husband, 3 collage age children and myself rented a condo on Kure Beach from Bryant Real Estate and couldn't have been happier with the unit or the service we received from Bryant. The pictures and description of the unit were accurate, the rental process was simple and Bryant kept us informed every step of the was as to what we needed to do/know/bring. The office staff was super nice and the unit was perfect for our needs. We rode bikes to the end of the island (great bike paths), kayaked, watched sun rises from the condo balcony and watched sunsets from Fort Fisher. If we can work out our schedules for next summer - we'll go back!
A very nice, quiet area with the option of traveling just a couple of miles to Carolina Beach for all the restaurants and shops etc. the condo itself is nice; the pictures are very accurate except for the patio furniture (which I'll get to later). Having the pool right next door was very convenient when you wanted to take a break from the hot sand and crazy waves. It would have been nicer though if they had more tables with umbrellas (there was only one when we got there and we got the guy who was cleaning the pool to bring out another one). as for the patio furniture, when we checked in on saturday, there was only ONE chair and a rusted out, unusable high top table. we called have them replaced and at first was told that they probably couldn't come out until after the weekend; which was unacceptable. They finally did make it out that day with 2 plastic cape cod chairs, which missed the mark of expectation since they were lower to the ground putting you at eye level with the top of the deck railing. we were told that they would try to get something better out to us later but we never heard back from them about it again. I felt like the whole situation was ridiculous considering the relatively low cost of a patio set, an issue that was well known from all the other comments on here. I had even sent them a message a week before our trip regarding the patio furniture via their app but never received a response. I don't want to make it sound like the patio furniture ruined our trip or anything, i just felt like it was an easy fix to make out stay even more enjoyable. overall, we really liked area of Kure Beach and Carolina Beach and the condo complex was nice too.
I recommend using Bryant Real Estate if you are staying at Carolina or Kure Beach.
