Our family rented the "Beach Breaker" July 4th week! I will say the house rented was nice but the AC in the house was TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! It was 93 degrees the entire week & the house wouldn't get any cooler than 80 degrees!!! We had small children with us & 5 out of the 7 nights we hardly had any sleep because it was so HOT!! The reality company sent AC company out for 3 days in a row & they did absolutely nothing. Finally 2 window units had to be put in to help cool it down. The reason for my 1 star rating is due to the fact that Network Real Estate had stated former renters have complained about this issue before & also the guest book in home had complaints about AC in the home. Obviously, NOTHING has been done to fix this problem!!!!!!!!! Network Real Estate should not rent this property knowing the AC doesn't function properly!!!! They should make the home owner fix it! It's obvious that both parties home owner & Real Estate company only care about money than fixing a known problem!! We will NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.
