Amazing vacation. Carolina Beach Realty made the whole experience from lease signing to arrival and departure very easy. This house had everything we needed, love having the clean towels and sheets at the home, no need to worry about bringing them with us. The electronic locks are a great touch no need to worry about picking up or dropping off keys. The location and home was exactly as described and we loved that dogs were welcome! Highly recommend Carolina Beach Realty!
good business to work with. no issues to speak of which is rare these days. i would use them again to plan a vacation down in carolina beach. we were at the salty hammock down near pops ice cream and it was cool. my only concern was the tight parking---if you have a smart car you will be in good shape here. anyone with a suburban may want to re-think staying here LOL
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Carolina Beach Realty. Everyone was extremely kind, our house was gorgeous and exactly like we thought it would be if not better. My only complaint and the only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they charge a "convenience fee" when paying with a credit card. That is definitely extra money that I don't see is necessary...it was the first time we have ever had that happen.
